The "FACHTAGUNG"
The professional beekeeper conference is now a fixture in the calendars of numerous beekeepers from all over Austria and is one of the most important beekeeping trade fairs in all of Europe. The Wels trade fair offers our visitors and exhibitors the best comfort.
Hall 21 of the Wels exhibition center has 4,000m² of exhibitor space, a lecture hall with 1,200 seats and 4 smaller lecture rooms for training and lectures in smaller groups. 2,000 visitor parking spaces, a dedicated exhibitor parking lot, 3 restaurants and a trade fair kindergarten ensure a relaxed visit with the whole family. The entire trade fair area is barrier-free accessible.
By moving from Graz to Wels, the number of visitors exceeded the 3,000 mark for the first time in 2023.
In 2024 we were able to record another increase of around 15%. There were almost 3,500 visitors on site.
We hope to see growth again in 2025.

With over 2,500m² of net exhibition space, Hall 21 is almost twice as large as in Graz. Plenty of space to present your products in the best possible light.
basic package
The obligatory basic package costs € 300.00 and contains
The stands are again divided into specified stand depths in order to guarantee a more attractive, clear design. We ask for your understanding that no placement requests can be accepted. Desired neighbors can be specified, the allocation takes place, but depending on the time of booking and the size of the exhibition stands.

basic package

- electricity, wifi,
- Forklift with driver (on Friday and Sunday)

TRADE FAIR TIMES
Date: 14. - 16.02.2025 (friday no fair, setup day)
Registration deadline: November 15, 2024
Delivery: Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
Setup: Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
Trade fair times: Saturday, approx. 09:45* - 18:00, Sunday, 08:30 - 16:00
Dismantling: Sunday. from 4 p.m. Dismantling must be complete on Sunday, place pallets in the foyer (max. height 2.30)
* Admission is at 8:30 a.m., the opening speech with guest of honor takes place at 9:00 a.m., the trade fair will be unlocked after the opening. Exhibitors may enter at the back of the hall half an hour before the official entrance.

STAND CONSTRUCTION FORM
The company "WEDESIGN" is at your disposal for your professional stand construction.
Tables, chairs, floors, entire exhibition stands can be ordered using the order form.
Of course, you can still take tables and roll-ups etc. with you yourself.
Please send the order forms directly to WEDESIGN. The contract is between you and the trade fair construction company, and the trade fair construction company issues the invoice directly to you.
The order for stand construction and equipment must be submitted 4 weeks before the event.
